Objectives

This course will allow students to manage a Marketing/Sales Department of a pharmaceutical company in a simulated environment (PharmaSim), understanding the complexity of its decision making. Students should able to put theories into practice, by its management decisions in the Marketing/Sales Department within the pharmaceutical sector singularities. At the end of the course the student should be able to understand the complexity of working in marketing/sales department of a pharmaceutical company, through the information analysis, following coherent strategic and operational decisions, in a dynamic and competitive market.
