Objectives
This discipline aims to foster understanding about the major crises that may affect the companies of the pharmaceutical sector, with recourse to study analysis of current, national and international cases. It aims to boost the recognition of the importance of a communication plan for a speedy response that can mitigate the negative damage from a crisis situation. In this curriculum unit the preparation of spokespersons is promoted and a reflection on the relationship with the media bodies is suggested.
