EXPERIENC_IA – Hospitality and Tourism Consumer Experience with Artificial Intelligence (with reference IPL/IDI&CA2024/EXPERNC_IA_ESCS) project belongs to Research Line 2 — Communication, Strategies and Creativity.
Synopsis: This project aims to investigate the effect of confusion generated by the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) hosting platforms on consumers’ purchase intention during the pre-purchase phase and identify features to be adopted by platforms that mitigate the level of confusion.
