In the context of strategic communication, events have emerged as a specific and essential area of PR intervention, fundamental for organizations to relate to their stakeholders and promote mutually beneficial relationships while working on the visibility of their brands. This optional curricular unit aims to deepen the principles and practices of designing and organizing events, recognizing their important role.
Students will explore the fundamentals of event design and management, explore and learn about the different types of events and their specificities, and will also have the
opportunity to create, develop and implement event’s plans and their communication supports, as well as learning how to monitor and evaluate them.
