Television Studio 1 (Floor -2)
The Television Studio 1, of broadcast quality, is equipped with four cameras mounted on pedestals with wheels. They are equipped with studio lens, teleprompt and remote control from the régie.
The lighting system is laid out in a web. The pantographs and fresnel lens projectors are controlled by a 48-way light desk.
The studio is isolated with material that prevents the sound from being reflected, providing a good acoustics of the space.
Television studio 2-Virtual (Floor -2)
This studio relies on equipment that makes it possible to produce audiovisual pieces with feature the virtual cenography.
The plateau is a 180º green color cyclorama. There are three studio cameras, one of them equipped with a wide angle lens. The cameras are mounted on pedestals with wheels and equipped with motion sensors (tracking).
The lighting is mounted on a web with pantographs and is controlled via a 12-way light table. In this space are carried out work by students and recorded some headings of the television program E2.
Régie ETV1 (Floor -2)
The régie manages the studio equipment. The video mix is made on a 8-way Sony table. The video régie has a character generator. The final result can be recorded in digital format on SSD support or in DVCAM and Betacam SP formats.
The audio system is equipped with a 32-way Midas M32R console, connected to a computer via the Pro Tools program. Here you can carry out recording and audio post-production work.
Régie ETV2 (Floor -2)
The virtual cenography is processed in real time by the software InfinitySet of Brainstorm Multimedia. This system replaces the green background with three-dimensional images, creating the illusion of a real scenario.
8 video sources and 24 audio sources can be used. Recording is done digitally on SSD support.
Post-Production Video Islands (Floor -1)
Video editing is done inDavinci Resolve and Avid Media Composer, with SD and HD editing capability. The 10 stations are connected to an Avid server, which stores projects and video files. This system allows jobs started at one station to be completed at another.
In this space, there are technicians who guarantee the necessary support for the works developed by the students and for the pieces for the E2 program.
Multimedia Newsroom (Floor -2)
The newsroom has 28 Mac Mini stations with direct access to information from Agência Lusa. This space is prepared for the production of multimedia content, namely in the areas of written, digital and television journalism.
Davinci Resolve and Avid Media Composer are used for video editing.
Adobe Creative Cloud software is also installed at the stations, which allows you to develop content for print and screen.
Audiovisual Equipment Center (Floor -2)
In the Audiovisual Equipment Center, students have access to material for carrying out school work.
The request can be made by students who intend to develop curricular works or extracurricular activities, inserted in the school's cores or in the E2 television program.
Technical staff lead the entire request process.
