Objectives
In this curricular unit, the focus will be on innovation and creativity in management and business models, namely: identifying business ideas and opportunities; turning ideas into intellectual and economic commodity; the creative process, incremental and radical innovation, transformation and digitalization of existing companies; the nature of the creative process and barriers to creativity. Another central theme will be entrepreneurship, especially the traits of an entrepreneur; tools and support provided by the state and by European and international institutions; consumer needs, financing and raising funds, strategic planning, and the business model, among other subjects.
