Objectives
This course aims to enhance skills in the field of Business Management with a focus on the knowledge of the tools for the articulation between the marketeer’s activities and financial management of companies. In particular, efforts will be made to achieve the following objectives: a) to evaluate and diagnose the economic and financial situation of companies and forecast their future performance; b) acquire skills for the costing of products / services; c) understand the Portuguese tax system and how it influences the activity of the enterprise; d) acquire skills in the logistics and distribution, including identifying opportunities to acquire competitive advantages for companies.
