Objectives

1. Understand the importance of corporate communication in in-house environment and establish standards of excellence.

2. Know and understand specific dimensions typically included in in-house corporate communication departments.

3. Able to monitoring and to gather relevant information to the design a strategic communication plan integrated with the global company strategy.

4. Identify, understand and manage communication to different stakeholders, namely the ones closed to the organization: employees, stockholders, shareholders and media.

5. Able to develop motivational communication tools to promote employee engagement.

6. Understand specific tools to perform communication audits and knows how to apply them.

7. Develop oral skills to present and defend communication plans in in-house context.
